How to Use

  1. Prep brows: Brush through brows with the spoolie to prep brows and shape hairs before applying the brow lift formula.
  2. Apply Brow Lift: Dip the spoolie into the formula and brush through brows, directing hairs upward and outward to create a fluffy brow look.
  3. Shape and set: Use the spatula end of the applicator to press brow hairs into place for a laminated brows effect. Let the long-lasting formula set for about 60 seconds.
  4. Fill and define (optional): Fill sparse areas with our Micro-Fine Brow Pencil or pair with other e.l.f. brow products to customize your look.

Pro Tip: Be sure to tighten the cap after each use to help prevent the formula from drying out.
