How to Use

How to Achieve a Natural, Buildable Glow with Putty Cream Blush

  1. Apply your skincare, Putty Primer, and foundation (if using) and allow them to set. e.l.f.'s Putty Cream Blush works beautifully on both bare skin and over foundation.
  2. Use clean fingers, a stippling brush, or the e.l.f. Putty Blush Brush. Swirl gently into the putty blush to pick up a small amount.
  3. Tap the product onto the apples of your cheeks, blending upward along your cheekbones.
  4. Build the color gradually, layering until you reach your desired intensity. For a natural look, focus color where you naturally flush and blend outward.
